The Bug O Nay Ge Shig School now has a recording studio and a piano keyboard lab operational for the students. KOJB Station Manager donated the Pod Cast Recording Studio Equipment to our school. With help from Chris and the schools Tech person Brian Barta the studio is now operation and our team of high school students will be recording announcements and Ojibwemowin Language phases out to the school and these recordings will also be sent to KOJB where KOJB can edit them and play them on KOJB 90.1 FM “The Eagle”. The school also has a beginning Piano Keyboard Lab. Bug O Nay Ge Shig School staff member Gil Applebee is the Piano Keyboard Instructor and the supervisor for the high school recording team students. Currently there are four members of the recording team from the high school. “The children will not remember everything that we’ve taught them … but they will remember how we treated them.” Howah!
